Intellectual Property: Haus of Heaven LLC reserves all ownership rights to any materials including but not limited to documents, images, audio, and video, provided to Client through Client’s participation. Haus of Heaven LLC provides Client with a single-user license authorizing Client to use the materials for their individual purposes only. Client agrees to not share, copy, distribute, disseminate, or sell the materials for either commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Reserve Rights: We reserve the right to change the content of this website, blog, social media properties, or any of its pages, shut it down completely, or change the terms and conditions of use at any time.

Appointments: All appointments must be made via this website, unless communicated otherwise by Heaven. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel their appointments or advance of the appointment, and will receive a 100% refund. No shows forfeit the total value of the deposit. Client’s will be contacted twice via phone call and sent one written message (via text or email) at the time of service. Clients are given a grace period of 15 minutes. Requests to reschedule an appointment must be made 24 hours in advance of the original appointment. Clients will receive confirmation of their cancelled or rescheduled appointment by email.

 

Services & Subscriptions: All purchases are considered 100% non-refundable once the transaction is complete. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel their appointments or advance the appointment, and will receive a 100% refund. No shows forfeit the total value of the deposit. Client’s will be contacted twice via phone call and sent one written message (via text or email) at the time of service. Clients are given a grace period of 15 minutes. Readings will not go over the allotted time unless necessary and communicated by Haus of Heaven. Requests to reschedule an appointment must be made 24 hours in advance of the original appointment. Clients will receive confirmation of their cancelled or rescheduled appointment by email. Haus of Heaven reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in any situation that compromises the privacy of existing clientele. In those scenarios, the individual will be notified immediately and we will refund any monies that have been paid.

Pricing & Payment: We aim to maintain fair and competitive pricing. Prices for services and related works are subject to change at any time. When discounts are offered, they are applicable only to specific services or products and thus may not be combined with any other discounts. Healing ServicesThe list price constitutes the cost of the service, is due in full upon scheduling, and is non-refundable. Clients may pay using PayPal as well as debit and credit cards.
